It improves the soil structure by adding additional carbon by which porosity, aeration and water holding capacity is increased. Mycorrhizae fungi present in dominant plays a crucial role in mobilizing the essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. It makes plant roots system to get easy access to the unstable form of nutrients like zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium.
